The perfect balance of flavour on a plate: house-made cultured butter, house-made citrus marmalade, and a Tomme-style semi-soft cheese from Long Paddock in Castlemaine paired with a seeded bun and a sprinkle of salt. Sweet, savoury, and salty all in one hit. Let us package it up for you to enjoy at home!

Our seeded buns are made from stone ground, high extraction white flour from Tuerong Farm, resulting in a soft, textured white bun with toasted seeds sprinkled on top for added crunch and flavour.

Ingredients
Bun: wheat flour, rye flour, water, salt, linseed, sunflower seed, oats, pumpkin seeds. Sides: cultured butter, citrus marmalade, cheese, salt.

Pre-Order Terms
We require pre-orders to be placed no later than 6pm on the day prior to pick up. 

Bread is usually available from around 9am — we’ll email you when your order is ready for collection.

If you’re looking to pre-order more than 10 items for any product and/or more than what is available, we will need at least 48 hours notice. Please reach out to us via info@iristhebakery.com and we can help you finalise your order.
