Casual Delivery Driver

Job type: Casual position, immediate start. Currently 3 shifts per week

Location: Brunswick, Melbourne

We are on the hunt for a reliable delivery driver to deliver our wholesale orders around Melbourne, currently 3 mornings per week.

A typical shift will see you doing the following:

• Loading and unloading the van;

• Checking over pack slips, marking orders as shipped and adding proof of delivery on our wholesale system;

• Ensuring timely deliveries to our customers, engaging with them in a professional and courteous manner;

• Sole responsibility of the van and it's contents;

• Keeping an eye on the maintenance of the van;

• Adhering to the daily delivery plans; and

• Working closely with a small and friendly team.

About you:

• Full Victorian Driver’s licence;

• Proficient in operating manual and automatic vehicles - clean driving record;

• Full driving history from VIC Roads;

• Ability to drive safely and according to road rules and regulations;

• Familiarity with Metropolitan Melbourne area; and

• A positive attitude and approach, with good customer service skills (you will be customer-facing at times!).
  
  Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
